Le392bis is a charming house, an 1885 barn renovated with raw materials: stone, steel, wood, concrete coated with earth and hemp blend harmoniously to offer a soft and warm living environment.

The renovation is made mainly from organic and ecological materials.
The house is located in Deux Sèvres in the center of the locality of “Ternanteuil”, 400m from the Coudray-Salbart castle overlooking the banks of the Sèvre, 2 km from Échiré (village with all shops) renowned for its butter made in wooden churn.

Let yourself be carried away by the song of the birds by the swimming pool - lunch on the 80 m2 landscaped outdoor terrace with fountain - stroll in the garden of the 5300 m2 property. Walk along the Sèvre and visit the Coudray Salbart castle.
